We provide web and mobile applications that utilize AI and data aggregation to improve airline and airport operations.  The features in our platform are also available via APIs so customers can integrate our solutions within their own applications.

Our devices convert radio conversations between air traffic controllers and ground operators into text. From this data we are able to determine the exact cause of a flight delay at a specific time, use AI to predict flight delays and classify delay categories at different airports. Airlines, airports and travel companies can search the details of thousands of conversations in seconds instead of listening to hours of recorded audio.  Airline dispatchers create flight plans to indicate a plane’s flight path and estimated time of arrival.  These parameters constantly change due to irregular operations which increase airline’s labor and fuel costs.  Airline CSAT and NPS scores drop due to flight cancellations and prolonged flight delays.  Airports lose money due to lack of efficiency and a decrease in travelers.  If someone is denied boarding due to their flight being overbooked, they could be owed up to $1,350 in compensation. Over 130 countries have signed up to the Montreal Convention which ensures that all passengers can claim money back from airlines when they have lost money or time due to a flight disruption. When travel companies have access to the reason why a flight is delayed in real-time, they can easily get a customer his or her refund.  Travel companies are competing to be the first to provide customers with as much as travel information as possible.
