Feargal Mooney, Board Director, Meetingsbooker Feargal is a Non-Executive Board Director of Meetingsbooker, the global leader in online bookings for meeting spaces, backed by Delta Partners and ACT Venture Capital; and Chairman of the board of Erbium Ltd, the Carlyle backed holding company of AA Ireland. Feargal also provides consultancy services on strategy, leadership, talent management, business operations and fundraising to businesses that need to build the operational infrastructure required to scale. He also serves as a member of the judging panel of Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies Program. Previously, Feargal served as CEO of Hostelworld Group plc from 2008 to 2018, having first joined as COO/CFO in 2002. After successfully growing Hostelworld from start-up through private equity ownership, Feargal led an IPO on the main markets of the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange in 2015.
