Travlet provides technology to intelligently connect hotel tourists with local leisure activities, shopping and restaurants.

Our platform integrates with hospitality technology systems to create a personalised, whitelabeled digital concierge sent prior to, and during a trip through email text, Whatsapp and Wechat.

We leverage advanced data segments to personalise itinerary recommendations to each guest on smart-matched attractions, shopping, theatres and restaurants.

Travlet currently offer over 500 partners and now service over 600,000 stays per year.  The hotel can drive incremental revenue through our e-commerce platform - in addition to providing exclusive offers for their guests on the best local things to do.

Travlet offers three main advantages to hotels & accommodation providers.

3. Improve guest experience (including what the guest does outside the hotel)

We build a custom, whitelabeled Local Guide that can be integrated directly into the hotel’s website. We then integrate with the hotel PMS to send targeted pre-stay communications to the guests based on what they are most likely to be interested in through email, text, Whatsapp and Wechat through the Travlet platform.

Travlet have to-date negotiated exclusive offers and commissions with many of the best attractions, theatres and restaurants in our launch city London including The Tower of London, London Eye, London Dungeon, Harry Potter Studios, Lion King Theatre, Les Miserable, Aladdin, Dishoom, The Ivy Group and more.

Following London’s success we look to launch in mainland Europe and the US in mid-2020.

One area where Travlet is particularly unique is that we expand past the traditional definition of travel activities (attractions and events), to include everything that tourists will want to do on their trip including; restaurants, shopping experiences and more niche activities.

We have partnered with professional Blue Badge Tour Guides to write guide content for visitors e.g “What to do in One Day in Paris”, “What to do on a Rainy Day in London”, “Best Pubs to Visit in Edinburgh etc. , This means Travlet enables the hotel to offer a 360 degree solution for the planning and booking of their guests’ travel activities. Best of all, once it’s set up everything happens automatically.
